29 and counting

As of yesterday, I am officially less than one year away from 30.  How am I feeling?  Old.  I guess it's better than the alternative, though, right?  Had a great birthday.  Kris arranged for the neighbors to watch the kids and we went out to dinner.  (I had one drink and definitely felt it. See? OLD.)  And he and kids got me jewelry to go with the dress I posted recently.  I have to say that I'm pretty impressed with how well he can coordinate an outfit.  Makes me wonder why I rarely see him in anything but a t-shirt, jeans and tennis shoes...
