With all the running around and travel for birthday/wedding/funeral in the last couple of weeks, I neglected to post about Sam's second round of allergy testing. (If you missed the first round, click here.) The little man did really well, again...even a little better this time because he knew what to expect out of the testing. And he knew that they had a Lego table in the waiting room that he was dying to get to play at so a trip to the allergist didn't sound like such a bad idea to him this time around. So, the results, you ask...
It turns out, as Lexington busily prepares itself to host the 2010 World Equestrian Games, my child is allergic to horses. Go figure. Mild allergies to horses and rabbits, to be exact. Which, if he had to be allergic to any animal, those aren't bad ones to have reactions to, given that most people don't have horses inside of their homes and few have rabbits. So, it looks like poor Gordon will still have to put up with the insanity in this house. And, it looks Kris is losing a little more ground in the battle over having a family dog :)

Poor kiddo :( Watching kids go through allergy tests is awful, isn't it? SarahAnne had two rounds done (one scratch test and one blood test) and it was horrible. She was itching like crazy and couldn't scratch. It's good to know though what they are allergic to.
